Vine Varieties

Sangiovese, Merlot and Pinot Nero, carefully selected and hand-picked. Cultivation Method: closely spaced spurred cordon. Harvest Time: September/October.

Vinification

Slight grapes pressing, maceration on the skins for about 8/10 days, several pump overs and punch downs..
Refinement carried out in stainless steel for 2 months then in oak barrels for 6 months, after which bottling takes place.

The wine

It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. It has a full-bodied flavor of body with extraordinary matching to taste and smell.
