Slight grapes pressing, maceration on the skins for about 8/10 days, several pump overs and punch downs.Refinement carried out in stainless steel for 2 months then in oak barrels for 6 months, after which bottling takes place.
Color: ruby red with purple reflections.
Taste: full-bodied with an extraordinary taste-olfactory correspondence.
